Kumara Parvatha is the second highest peak of Karnataka. It is located in the Coorg district of Karnataka, and is considered as one of the most challenging treks of the state.
There are two routes to tackle this peak:
One from the Somwarpet side and one from the Kukke side. This time, we bring to you an exciting customization: We cover both trails! We start from the Kukke, camp at Battarmane, and descend from the Somwarpet Side, essentially avoiding repeating of the trail on descent.

Itinerary
Day 0
- Pickup from Majestic Bus stop on Friday night 10 PM. Exact pickup details will be shared with confirmed participants.
Day 1
- A stop to freshen up and have breakfast, and pick a packed lunch. Begin trekking from Kukke and proceed 7 KM and camp at Battaramane.
Day 2
- Trek to Shesha Parvatha and Kumara parvatha and descend at Pushpagiri
You Should Know
- We need to carry our tents, sleeping bags and two Litre of water per person all the way up during the trek.
- The team/Organizers are not responsible for any loss of your valuables
- We do not entertain Alcohol/any kind of Drug during the event
- We strictly follow the "Litter free Atmosphere", do co-operate
- Kindly adhere to the instructions of the Leads in order to enjoy the road trip in a safe manner
Pandemic Measures

- Participants should get masks and sanitizers of their own
- People falling under the age group of below 16 and above 50 are not allowed (having their health as our concern)
- Participants with any symptoms of cough/cold/fever are advised to stay back
- We ensure that the place of stay is well sanitized and safe for travelers
